Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe ranking recognised 17 Polish companies
According to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe list, 17 Polish businesses were highlighted.. Despite economic difficulties in the region, technology companies from Central and Eastern Europe maintain a high pace of development. The average growth of companies included in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe ranking reached a record 2,351 percent.
For the second time in a row, the winner of the ranking was the Czech company FTMO. Companies from Poland are the most numerous. This year's edition of the competition has been extended to include the CE Tech Rocketship category, in which companies with the greatest market potential were awarded.
For the 23rd time, the consulting company Deloitte has awarded 50 fast-growing technology companies from Central and Eastern Europe. Nearly 400 entities from 16 countries of the region participate in this year's edition of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe list. Companies from the following industries were taken into account: fintech, software, computer hardware, environmental protection technologies, ICT, media and entertainment, health care and life sciences.
For the second time in a row, the winner of the ranking was the Czech company FTMO. The largest group of finalists using a company from Poland - as many as 17 out of 50 places, in addition, went to Polish enterprises. Two-thirds of the companies awarded by Deloitte come from the software industry, with fintechs and one representative of the medical services industry in the right place.

The high share of software producers among the fastest growing companies in the CEE region confirms the turn of the global economy towards digitization. It is worth emphasizing the excellent result of Polish companies.
The strength of the local high tech industry is best demonstrated by the inclusion of as many as four Polish software businesses in the top ten of the Fast 50 list, according to Fabian Bohdziul, Partner Associate and Deloitte's leader of the Technology Fast 50 CE programme.
This year's winner of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe ranking is again FTMO - a Czech fintech that is the creator of a financial educational platform. The business has seen a 25,255 percent rise in revenues over the past four years, earning it the distinction of the fastest-growing firm in Central and Eastern Europe for the second consecutive year.
The second place went to the Polish fintech PayPo, operating for five years (increase by 15,904%), which owns 80%. Polish delayed payment market. Three other Polish businesses made the top ten: software company Escola, furniture producer Noo.ma (3,336 percent), and medical services provider House-Med (2,118 percent).
The average increase in revenues of the companies included in the list compared to 2019 amounted to 2,351 percent. – nearly 100 percentage points more than twelve months ago.

More and more traditional sectors are being transformed by highly innovative products and services. As in previous years, software producers were the most represented group. Out of 50 places in the ranking, they occupied as many as 33 positions. The second place was taken by fintechs (6 representatives), which managed to take one of the highest places (including the first). The third position was occupied by both companies producing equipment (5 entities) and representatives of the media and entertainment industry (5 companies). Representatives of the medical and biotechnology sector constituted the narrowest group of entities included in the list (2 companies).
Along with the businesses honoured in the primary Fast 50 category, Deloitte. Central Europe also awarded companies that have been operating for a shorter period of time. The Rising Stars that make up the Companies to Watch list are 25 companies with great potential but too young to meet the requirements of the main ranking.
The average revenue growth rate in this category was 5,446%. The group of 25 dynamically growing young companies includes two software developers from Poland: Bejamas Group (386 percent growth) and BitBag (222 percent).
As in previous years, this year companies could compete for the first place in the Impact Stars category. It was created for organisations that successfully integrate the creation of cutting-edge goods or technology services with a beneficial effect on at least one of the following dimensions: society, business, innovation, environment, and diversity.
Each country could distinguish three companies in this category. In Poland, a special award was granted to the following companies: ESecure (producer of solutions in the area of cyber security), Future Mind (providing technological consulting services) and Escola, a software company.
During this edition, for the first time in history, a jury composed of representatives of Deloitte and Google Cloud awarded the CE Tech Rocketship special prize. This is a distinction for companies that have created a unique, scalable solution with the greatest market potential. The main prize went to the Polish company Autenti, which allows signing documents with an e-signature, and two other Polish companies were awarded: Self Learning Solutions and Open Loyalty.
Technological leaders of the region The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Central Europe ranking is a list of the fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe. Companies independently declare their willingness to participate in the ranking, and Deloitte verifies the financial data provided by them.
