Review of the Google Pixel 6

This particular product is rather unique, and I believe you'll all enjoy it. The Google Pixel 6 is the company's newest flagship smartphone. A big thank you to Google for providing me this device to review.

Review of the Google Pixel 6

Google Pixel 6

So let's examine what is included in the package when you purchase a Pixel 6. The unpacking process is rather simple. With the Pixel 6 series, you just pull up these two tabs at the base of the box to reveal the phone itself, some instructions, and a USB-C cable for charging. So let's get right to it and discuss its features.

Of course, the Google Pixel 6 sports Google Tensor, the company's first-ever SoC for a mobile device. Additionally, it has a 6.4-inch full HD plus oLED display, 8 gigabytes of RAM, 128 or 256 gigabytes of storage, a 50-megapixel wide camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and all of these features. Simply said, it's stunning to look at.

Now, the display itself has a refresh rate of 90 Hz, which provides the smooth scrolling effect. This will undoubtedly feel different for you if you have never used a gadget with a fast refresh rate. You'll see that using the OS, moving between applications, and scrolling through social media are all much smoother.

You'll also note how vivid and rich the colours are, as well as how dark the blacks are. Thanks to the Pixel 6's outdated display. One final thing about this display that I must mention is that Google chose a flat display for the Pixel 6, which I find to be really appealing.

How pleasant it is to have a flat display in a contemporary flagship nowadays cannot be emphasized enough. In terms of general design, I think it's just so much better to use every day.

I adore it utterly. It's really energizing to watch Google adopt a new aesthetic, and I believe the Pixel now has a unique appearance. When you look at the rear of the phone, you can know it's the new Pixel 6 since there is no longer the squared-off camera module from prior Pixel phones.

It's different, it's cool, and you can tell from any angle. The two cameras, the microphone, and the flash are now housed in a gadget that has a long, black camera bar running across it.

There are three colour options for the Pixel 6: coral, seafoam, and stormy black. This two-toned aesthetic may be seen in all three colours. The top half of the phone is more saturated, while the bottom area below the camera bar has a more subdued appearance. This is much more obvious on the sort of sea foam and kind of coral colour scheme.

Overall, though, the build quality is good. It's a solid piece of slab that feels great to hold. And in my opinion, the best size for any smartphone currently All right.

Now let's talk about the new processor on the Pixel 6. Google Tensor, like I mentioned at the beginning, is the first SoC that Google developed for its smartphone, which uses two high-performance cores.

With two mid-cores and four high-efficiency cores, Google Tensor is about 80% faster than the Pixel 5, and after weeks of using the Pixel 6 as my go-to device, Google Tensor, in my opinion, performed really well. No matter what I did, I didn't notice any slowdowns or dropped frames.

Even when I'm playing games, switching between apps or just scrolling through websites or articles is all really smooth. Now, given that this is a completely new processor, a lot of apps may not be fully optimised for a Google Tensor yet. So performance on some apps may not be the best as of right now, but give it a few months or so and everything should be running smooth as butter.

Battery life is super important in any modern smartphone, and the Pixel 6 is equipped with a 4614 mAh power battery, which, to be quite honest, lasts almost an entire day for me. Paired with a 90 Hertz refresh rate and a full HD+ oled display, the battery life on the Pixel 6 is, in my opinion, so much better than most smartphones that I've tried recently.

Now everyone's use case is obviously going to be different, so my day-to-day in how I use of my Pixel 6 is going to be completely different from yours. I'm usually on social media apps, constantly checking and writing emails, and occasionally playing games when I have some downtime.

But I also watch a tonne of YouTube videos on the go. On average, I get about five and a half hours of screen time per day, which is good enough for me. And even if I did need to charge up, I can always plug in the phone via USB-C paired with a 30 watt charging brick and get up to 50% battery in around 30 minutes.

So it's not really a big deal whether or not it lasts an entire day. I usually leave my phone charging overnight using a wireless charger anyway, so battery life is never an issue for me. Now, last but not least, the camera's This is what Google's Pixel phones are all about. It's about the cameras and how they can take incredible photos no matter the lighting conditions. I've always loved how pixel phones and processor photos compare to other Android smartphones.

So the Pixel 6 features two cameras on the back: a 50-megapixel wide camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. And up front you have an eight-megapixel camera, which, to be honest, isn't my favorite. But let's talk more about the camera quality and my new favourite feature.

Now, the Pixel 6's overall camera quality hasn't actually improved much over earlier Pixel devices. It still takes the greatest pictures of any smartphone, in my view. I'm sure you'll also like how crisp and subtly saturated the images are and how realistic the colours appear.

Evening or low-light photography also looks amazing. In my opinion, the new Pixel 6 has less noise than earlier Pixel phones, and the colours appear to be truer to life. The magic eraser is one thing I really want to draw attention to with a pixel. I believe that this function alone will revolutionize smartphone photography.

Let's imagine someone or a number of little items that you don't want in your picture are in the backdrop of your picture.

On a Pixel 6, you may edit your photos. Simply locate the magic eraser in Google Photos, draw around the subject or item, and presto—they vanish. And the best thing is that you can utilize this function without even having a data connection or Wi-Fi connection. Really amazing, no? The end of that. That's a brief summary of the Google Pixel 6.

You can purchase a premium smartphone with a stunning design for the absurdly low price of only $599. amazing collection of cameras, and stock Android's dependability with future software upgrades. Yes, there is a tonne of competition for the Pixel 6, but you can't compete with Google's hardware and software efficiency with this Pixel. That will finish it for me.
